In order to offer a high-quality service, I'm committed to being on time for our appointments, welcoming you in a clean and warm environment, and giving my best to each and every one of you.

 

In return, to respect everyone's time, I ask for the same commitment from you. I understand that unexpected things can come up, that's why communication is essential.

 

New clients only:

A $20 booking fee is mandatory the same day of requesting an appointment.

This fee is fully deductible on the day of the appointment.

If the fee hasn't been sent by 9PM that same day, the appointment will be cancelled and freed for other clients. Your spot is only officially booked once I receive the fee. My studio is located at a private address, shared only by text, along with the appointment confirmation.

Payment methods: 

• Interac e-Transfer to lakahina1@outlook.com | 514-726-2562 (auto-deposit). 

• Cash accepted on the day of the appointment. 

• No debit or credit cards accepted.

Cancellation and changes:

• Any cancellation or change of service (e.g., switching from full leg to half leg) must be communicated at least 48 hours before the appointment. The time booked for the original service remains blocked under your name. Past this deadline, the original services will be fully charged.

• Appointments start at the scheduled time. Every minute of delay is deducted from your service time. If you are 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and a 50% fee for the services OR $60/hour will be charged, at my discretion.

• If something unexpected comes up, please contact me as soon as possible by phone at 514-726-2562.

• I'm happy to welcome you for your service even during your menstrual cycle, feel free to ask if you have any questions about it. For your comfort, I provide disposable wipes, disposable underwear and tampons for services.
